Here are our guidelines and procedures in ordering at The Green Grocer. Please read fully before filling up our order form.
- We post our Market Price List every weekend. Please make sure to refer to our current list before ordering.
- Fill up our Order Form completely.
- We will get back to you via email or sms with a confirmation on your order, and send you a statement reflecting your projected bill based on weight approximations of your produce. Our fruits and veggies will still be harvested or picked up at this time, therefore we will not have their actual weight available.
- We will then ask you for any revisions to your order before we confirm for processing. After confirmation, your order is considered sold and final after the order cut-off of 3PM, the day before delivery.
- Orders may be paid COD, or pre-paid via Paypal or Metrobank deposit.
- For COD orders, please advise us if we need to prepare change upon delivery.
- For payments made via bank deposit, we will need an allotment of two days lead time to confirm receipt of payment before we can process your order.
- On the morning of delivery, we will be sending you an sms for your final bill based on actual weight of your ordered produce. Adjustments are usually off only by a few pesos, unless there are items that are unavailable or were rejected by our Purchasing team due to below-standard quality.
We cannot however guarantee a specific time of arrival as several factors such as number of deliveries, traffic and weather conditions, and wait time per point of delivery, greatly affect their schedule. We are in constant communication with our Dispatch Team, though, and will be happy to update you via sms on their whereabouts should you need this information.

We currently deliver to the following areas every Wednesday and Friday:
Alabang, Paranaque, Makati and Taguig
We require the following fees & minimum order:
• Deliveries to Alabang enjoy FREE delivery with a ₱300 minimum order.
• Deliveries to Paranaque, Makati and The Fort require a ₱500 minimum order + ₱50 delivery fee.
