Hello friends!

Our current Market Price List has been updated to reflect some adjustments in price due to the rainy weather. Vegetables like snow peas are quite expensive now, and cabbage prices have also increased, so do take note of these changes.

On the brighter side, we are happy to announce some new items on the product list! The Green Grocer now carries herbs, organic red mountain rice, a few additional fruits, and of course, our latest but fastest selling product, Gourmet Bagoong from Chef Neil Ramos. 

Cilantro (wansoy) lovers, we are proud to inform you that our price per kilo is lower than grocery and palengke prices by as much as ₱100! It was such a beautiful sight to see our cilantro orders this morning looking as fresh as can be, having just been harvested from the farm. Can't get any better, really.

Lastly, to our dear Alabang and Makati customers, The Green Grocer will be delivering to you tomorrow! Orders will be dispatched for delivery as early as 7am. It's a jam-packed route, so kindly manage all expectations and expect your order within the day.

We at The Green Grocer are always finding the best way to bring you the freshest of produce.

We are happy to announce that we are now communicating directly with farms for most of our produce. This ensures you receive the freshest fruits and vegetables straight to your door.

Because of this, we are moving the order cut-off to 3pm so that our logistics team has ample time to get to the farms and pick up your produce. We know this is two hours earlier than what you are used to, but let us help you by sending us your cellphone number so that we can text you a reminder of our order cut-off the day before your preferred delivery.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation, and know that you are one with us in our desire to get you fruits and veggies in its freshest state.

Introducing our version of the green mango. The Green Grocer's Cambodian mangoes taste just like the local Indian mango, except, there's a whole lot more of it to enjoy! They are so good and oh so crunchy.

Who says you can't have salad in the morning?
The Green Grocer home whips up breakfast greens fit for a champion!

Breakfast Salad for Non-Wimps

All you need
1           Fresh organic green ice lettuce cup
1           Fresh organic lollo osso lettuce cup
2 pcs     Salad tomatoes
1 pc      Granny Smith apple
2 pcs     Hard-boiled eggs
4-5 pcs Delimondo Breakfast Sausage with Maple, grilled and slicec into 1-inch pieces
A handful of Muscovado-coated pili nuts, or similar
Dizon Honey Calamansi Salad Dressing
Rock sea salt

Cut all elements according to preference (cubed, julienne, etc). Toss lettuce, tomatoes and apple. Sprinkle a bit of rock sea salt (I know what you're thinking, but trust me in this. It'll go great with your salad). Throw in the sausages, eggs and pili nuts. Pour in Dizon Honey Calamansi Salad Dressing―this variant works perfectly with the breakfast salad because of its sweet, vibrant and citrusy taste.

Above ingredients make two bowls. Pop in Adele on the ipod, put volume to loud but comfortable, and share this filling breakfast salad with a loved one.
